Pietra Fitness is a stretching and strengthening workout class that incorporates Christian prayer in the Catholic Tradition and is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. A Gentle Class Series for Women will be offered from 6:00-7:00pm in St. Anne’s Hall on the following Thursdays: 4/11, 4/25, 5/9, 5/23, 6/6, and 6/20.
